In the MINUS collection, we periodically introduce a Winter Accessories line every few seasons. This time, we present a new release — a long scarf integrated with a hood. Retaining the rustic and distressed aesthetic characteristic of MINUS, the piece incorporates damage processing and fringe detailing, reinterpreted through the medium of a knit scarf. Measuring 3 meters in length and 32 cm in width, it features a bold, voluminous silhouette that allows for a variety of styling expressions depending on how it’s wrapped. The material uses Japan’s finest grade wool yarn, achieving a rich texture with depth and suppleness. Despite its robust appearance, the surface feels as soft and smooth as cashmere, eliminating the prickly sensation often associated with knitwear. This concept stems from designer Toru Fujimoto’s philosophy — a desire to dissolve the bias between design and material, and to let both exist in equal harmony.
