The BOOTLEG COLLECTION pays homage to the 1990s vintage T-shirts found within the personal archive of designer Toru N. Fujimoto. Among them, NINE INCH NAILS is one of the bands that had a profound influence on his adolescence. This release marks the second baseball cap introduced within the BOOTLEG COLLECTION. Built upon the structure of a classic baseball cap, the piece is heavily distressed throughout and further reconstructed with industrial metal hardware reminiscent of underground culture. Repair—originally an act intended to restore damage—is deliberately exposed here as part of the design itself. By layering traces of wear with the cold, industrial character of metal, the cap develops the rustic and decadent atmosphere associated with the BOOTLEG COLLECTION. The material is a cotton twill suitable for year-round wear. Available in four colorways: SUNFADE BLACK, expressing the appearance of prolonged exposure to sunlight, alongside WASHED BLACK, WASHED NAVY, and WASHED SALMON, each finished with the character of a garment worn and washed over time.
