The first release from the experimental line “HOME,” derived from the PROVOKE#3 collection. HOME is engineered around the designer Toru Fujimoto’s daily axis—movement between home and atelier. A garment designed for continuous transition between living and working environments, independent of time or condition. It integrates functional requirements of fashion with structural durability for daily production activity. Material, construction, and specifications are reconfigured accordingly. Inlay denim is employed. Based on a loop-back structure and densely knitted, it achieves both abrasion resistance and mobility. It carries the surface of denim with the comfort of sweatwear. The torsion seen in unsanforized denim is incorporated as a structural element, introducing controlled distortion. A wide silhouette that maintains vertical tension. Front patch pockets redefine the conventional five-pocket structure. Even the posture created by inserting hands is considered within the design. Elastic waistband with belt loops allows expansion through accessories. A night cut hem prevents ground contact while preserving volume. Rivets are rust-treated; all other metal components undergo DARL processing. Surfaces evolve through wear. Damage is applied individually in the atelier, followed by garment dyeing to create depth in color. A variable product that shifts its expression through interpretation. Made in Japan.
